Bandi di Assegni professionalizzanti presso l'Istituto di Biofisica, Milano

Two positions as research assistant (assegni professionalizzanti) are open at the Photosynthesis Research Unit of the Biophysics Institute - National Research Council of Italy, in Milan (http://www.ibf.cnr.it/node/387#AR_002_2017_MI). . The positions are founded by the project CYAO (CYAnobacteria platform Optimised for bioproduction), awarded by the Cariplo Foundation, on a temporary basis. The projects goal is the optimisation of growth properties of cyanobacteria to be utilised in photobioreactors. This will be achieved through targeted metabolic engineering of the chlorophyll and carotenoid biosynthetic pathways. Application deadline is September the 6th for both calls.
